My daughter made our local high school team as a freshman. During the year they barely even learned jumps, but now she is determined to do it all. Within the first week of having these she is already improving. She loves them and so do the rest of the cheer team.

Purchased several sets of these last year... yes they do work but after 1 year the Velcro doesn't stay..a little disappointed.

My daughter is a competition dancer and a needed a little help with her leg extension and scorpion. I was told about this product and hurried to find it. She is so excited and absolutely loves it. We have just started but heard lots of first hand reviews from cheerleaders and other dancers so we are looking forward to a great outcome.

I purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas. She was asking for leg weights snd I thought this was a much better idea to what she was looking to achieve. She was excited to have received this as a gift. It's been almost a week since she first used the bands and she has already seen an improvement in her jumps.

I bought this for my daughter who is in middle school and on her school's cheer squad. She wanted to do a complete split and jump higher. This product has accomplished that. We ordered on a Thursday and received it on that Saturday. She really has gotten so much flexibility using the strap. I have to make her take a day off. Thanks a good product.

Im really glad I purchased this product. After my 1st use i could definitely hold my heel stretch longer and my kicks were higher. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

They really do work no lie. At first I was shaky about it but im happy I brought it. Because my jumps still are REALLY BAD but after one day of practicing you can already see the difference im preparing for a cheer team tryout for june and im already really excited now that I know my jumps will be ready in time for try outs THANKYOU MYOSOURCE

These resistance trainers have helped my daughters jumps in a huge way!! This is her first year cheering. She has struggled with her jumps and tumbling. These bands were exactly what she needed. The videos have also been an enormous source of help. We have been doing the exercises regularly and she has come leaps and bounds. Thank you!

These bands have helped my daughter improve her cheer jumps tremendously. She is a base and back spot so they help with leg strength as well. Love them!
