My online shopping experience and delivery time was great. I was very dissatisfied with the actual ornaments. One personalized ornament that I ordered should have had a letter limit to the ornament. The personalized name (10 letters) was squeezed into the limited space. I would have gladly chosen another ornament. I cannot give this ornament as a gift, it looks too bad. The other ornament, I just did not like the way it looked once I received it. I have ordered ornaments from Bronners to replace them.

I was disappointed that names were out of order. They were supposed to be as follows Danny, Margie, Daniel and Megan on one side in that order. Then on the other side Elijah, Kennidee and Jonah in that order. If there is any way that l could get it fixed that way would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Over all l was satisfied.
