Thank you for your order and comments. It looks like you ordered and we shipped your item on 12/26/23. The USPS tracking system is not providing an update other than the package has "dispatched from the sort facility". We will send you a private message with the tracking number. Hopefully, your item will be delivered shortly now that the holidays are past. It was a tough schedule with USPS mail since the holidays fell on a weekend. We will check again on Tuesday and provide an update. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of the order being placed, and it appears we did that.
