Quick and easy. Reasonably priced (if you value your time.)

Excellent service. The website was easy to follow. I was most impressed with the speed of filing for my LLC. It was processed in a couple of days when other online providers wanted to charge extra for "expedited" service that would have taken weeks. I was impressed with the efficiency. I was also very happy to receive all of the documentation that came after my LLC was recorded including the organizational meeting, etc. Settng up my business bank accounts was a breeze due to having all the documentation in order. I didn't have to do anything, My New Company had done everything properly so I was in and out of the bank with my accounts in about half an hour. I am very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to highly recommend My New Company to anyone.

No clock watchers! Again, you get results done. c) Your professionalism. You addressed my inquiries to the best of my satisfaction and then came back to check on me if I had any more questions or if I needed help in anything during the filing and waiting process and if necessary, the owner reached out to me to make sure I'm getting all the resources your company provides to help me go through the biz start-up process. d) The checklist is very useful and readily available. The corporate binder is so organized it reminds me to stay organized. e) Being able to access to my account 24/7 at your website makes me feel confident I can get answers.

Hi following are few of the observations 1. the customer shall be provided Articles of Organisation which shall be filed or draft of which is to be filed for the confirmation of the customer. 2. Post ordering on mynewcompany, the customer expects that the parcel shall be delivered to him upon payment and shall not be charged double for rejection of parcel for any of the unknown reasons whatsoever.
