When I decided to purchase my second embroidery machine I took the time to read several reviews and watched YouTube videos. Most of them individuals I watched used Brother machine and started their business using this machine. When I received it, I took it out of the box and began sewing and did a few embroidery projects as well. I’m so in love with my machine. It’s so easy to use and all the extra features it has makes you this product so worth the money.

Completely new to sewing and embroidery and already loving this machine. The grand slam package was a great decision since I was able to start embroidering right away. The only item I bought separately was an adhesive spray and a new USB flashdrive. I couldn't get the pre-loaded USB to read on my machine but that might be user error. Thank you so so much for the quick shipping and new hobby :)

I have been completely satisfied with this wonderful machine. I have been able to make several gifts for many friends who have recently had babies. I have had wonderful experience with everything in the package. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who wants to learn to embroider! The customer service is amazing and they respond quickly. So thankful for them and the services they provide. Happy embroidering!!

I had been watching this machine for quite a while but when I decided that I was ready to pull the trigger, it was sold out. Thanks to Lisa emailing me when there were more in stock, I quickly purchased it along with the grand slam package along with extra hoops. When my shipment arrived, I had everything I needed to get started on day 1. I am new to sewing and embroidery, but I am having fun learning all about the features of this machine. This was a bit pricey, but so worth the money. There is a learning curve for me, but with the manual (yes, they give an actual book..and a thick one I might add) as well as youtube, I am learning a lot. I also have to give kudos and two thumbs up to Lisa. She was a big part of me deciding to buy from this company. I emailed her a few times with questions while waiting for more machines to come in. She quickly responded and I never felt like I was getting on her nerves. Even when I let her know that I was able to order one after they'd gotten a few in stock, I felt her joy for me. A really nice company to do business with. Thank you Lisa!!!

I recently bought the SE1900 with the bundle. First of all the quick response from Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew is amazing, great job. Second the machine is an A+ must have for both sewing and embroidery. Third, if you can get the bundle you won’t need to buy anything for a while, it has everything!!! Highly recommend this vendor and the machine.

Bought the SE1900 with grand slam and hoop package. It was delivered very quickly (definitely under these circumstances- ordered it on Saturday of memorial weekend and was delivered Wednesday). The machine works great and even though I am a beginner it is very easy to use. Will order from this store again!

Love the machine, I have been struggling with the 5x7 hoop, the bobbing is tangling up. With more patience I can figure it out. Looking for a 4x4 hoop to purchase and a hat hoop,where can I purchase the correct hoops?

Love, love, love this machine. I’m not new to sewing and embroidery, did take a few years break and now jumping back in with this machine. I have previously owned a Bernina 730e and Janome 350e. Presently own a Bernina 230pe and travel Janome. I wanted a machine that would sew thick material, like denim, without dificulty. My 230pe doesn’t like thick materials, had many problems with skipped stitches. Haven’t tried sewing denim as of yet, don’t really anticapate any problems with this machine. I have used the machine to do some simple stiching and embroidery. Both were perfect, no issues apart from invisible thread breaking and I think that is a matter of setting tension. I really like the knee lift and lighting, but my very favorite think is the needle threader. Had a little difficulty figuring out at first, when I did it works the first time, every time. I anticipate many happy hours of sewing and embroidery on this machine. I think it is a good value for the quality of machine. Never thought I would love anything as much or more than my Bernina. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed that is considering buying the Brother SE1900. This is an unsolicited review, just want to share my enthusiasm about this machine with anyone considering a purchase.

I have NEVER done any sewing or embroidery in my life. But, I wanted to do embroidery and have the option for some basic sewing. Just to let you know, I'm not quite 60 (but close) and have found this machine SO easy to use. I love the auto needle threading function. Even threading the machine is very simple. Just be sure to follow the instructions. I would gladly recommend this machine to any beginner or advanced sewer/embrodierer! I did add the Grand Slam package. I think it was worth it.

I absolutely love this machine! Purchased with a payment plan with Klarna - or I would not have been able to purchase at all. Haven’t touched a sewing machine in about 20 years, and this machine was easy to use. Love the automatic threading, especially which embroidery because you need to change the thread many times for one picture. Also love the one-button cutting when finished . Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew are a wonderful company with awesome customer service. I would , and do, recommend to everyone!!

For my first sewing and embroidery machine I think Ms Sew help me select a wonderful and easy to use machine. I be up all night making new project. Watch to youtube (Thank you Vince). I which I can upload the wonderful things that I have done. My family can't believe the thing I had done. It look professionally. Like I have stated I am a newbie to sewing and embroidery. Thanks Msr Sew. Oh one more thin I love the Grand Slam Package. The Poly Star is a star.

I have been looking at machines for years and knew I was going to finally purchase one this summer. I am so glad I waited because for the price and ALL this machine does, it was worth the wait! I purchased the grand slam package, extra hoops, some extra different types of stabilizers, and a free motion quilting foot. I have not tried everything yet, but am happy with the sewing and embroidering I have done. Customer service is A1! My embroidery design was showing the bobbin thread so I called and was walked through how to fix it quickly. They also said I could call anytime for help. I so appreciated that since one concern I had with buying it online was that I was "alone" and would have to figure it all out on my own, but that is not the case at all! I highly recommend this machine and this company!
