I had a hard time finding thick gauge polyolefin wrap and mrsrhinkwrap had it! I have ordered multiple times with great success.

Never returned call and never did the work. I call again when snow was project and the apologized but Rolf me it would be another two weeks and then in two weeks was told it was to cold and they couldn't get to my boat. So I requested a refund which they finally did and I hire another company in the same area and he priced matched

I have owned other shrink wrap guns so I do have experience. I covered two boats ,21' and 24' last Nov. The Mr. Shrinkwrap gun design enabled me to cover both quite nicely . At this time both have withstood the ravages of our winter undamaged. Unfortunately, the igniter began to fail while covering the 2nd boat. It became very difficult to finish the boat because of the igniter failing. What recourse do I have please ?

I've purchased supplies to shrinkwrap my boat from Mr. Shrinkwrap several times. Most recently I purchase a Shrinkfast heat gun as well. I've always been very satisfied with their service and this was no exception. Everyone is very helpful and courteous, even when I request a pickup with short notice.
