It's nice to have an OEM alternative.
I did not receive a confirmation but Brandon was able to give me all the info for the order and provide the accurate delivery date. He even followed up to make sure I had received the order.

I ordered online. I never received any email confirming my order and I did check my junk mail. So, I never could print my order, which i would have liked so i could keep my invoice in my files. Then, I never received a shipping notification. So I reached out to customer service by email so they could look into my order tell me if it had been shipped and if they could send me my invoice. I did receive the order, yet no one ever replied to my email. One week later, I receive this survey from Mr. Cool. There are definitely a lot of improvements that could be done to the customer service to make the online order experience better. You do not have to post my comment. I just wanted you to understand how a customer might feel after ordering online with you. Thank you!
