Professional, caring instruction, with lots of energy and fun too. This is an enlightening way to increase health, energy, and awareness. I would definitely recommend this training to those who are open-minded and willing to learn new techniques for self-improvement.

First I have LOVED the MP experience! I look forward to every Wednesday night class, and feel it has improved my quality life, reduced my stress level, and increased my physical strength.
I do have a couple concerns. There is too much marketing and ads at the end class after closing ceremony. I start losing interest and want to leave, and feel like I'm already a part of the program - I'm sold - but i feel like the information is sometimes pushed too much and every week. Out of respect I stay and try to pay attention.
I would rather see the promotions in the emails rather than hearing about them after an amazing class where I just want to enjoy that feeling of the class rather then feeling like I'm being sold on something else.
The other concern is sometimes the printed materials have incorrect grammar or words and the information is not always clear, or misleading.

My husband and I are both members of the Athletic Adventure Program and our 2 children are in the youth martial arts program. We love the 2 owners and all the trainers. This is an amazing school with so much to offer! I highly recommend!

This is a program that is different than what you initially think and you don't really know what your getting into until your in. It's not a super social setting during class, it's more meditation and personal growth so if that's what your looking for it's perfect.

I just finished the women's self defense class. I can't say enough good. I learned so much about my inner strength. The class was the amazing. I want all my friends and family to take it. I will come to this class again. Thank you for showing women their inner fierce.

I would like to get more time out of the money invested. Perhaps twice a week WOH can meet? I'm very busy during the week, and it's hard to practice. It's better if I practice in class.

MP USA requires you to sign up for at least 6 month, and I think that is a good thing. I think I would have quit otherwise. But since I signed my name to a contract, I had to go, and found the lessons getting easier, as we added one technique after another to our experience. What at first seemed impossible, I am proud to say I can do now. I am often reluctant to attend, because I have so much to do, and after the class, I'm always glad I went. Our instructors are friendly and approachable, and I look forward to learning more.

Our son's behavior, self control, and self confidence have vastly improved in just the few months he has been doing MP. Mas Nate and Mas Mike are always a fabulous example of polite respect when dealing with parents and are genuinely interested in seeing each of their students acheieve and work to the best of their abilities both within and without the MP program.
