They were understanding and accommodating when anything came up. I came for a 4 month stay for a job and it was the swiftest move in, check in, and move out experience I've had. Highly recommend this service.

motor city was great to work with. Very responsive and attended to every detail. I would recommend to anyone who wants a professional group to deal with. I contacted a number of similar companies and they were very unprofessional and many did not even get back to me. Not sure how they suceed at renting anything. Doug was great.

Very clean and well appointed unit. Only had 2 issues. Doorwall faces west and needs curtain in addition to shade due to difficult ing in seeing TV screen due to light. Also I would have liked an inventory list to ensure I did not take anything belonging to MCR since I brought some items of my own. Kudos to Doug and Aaron for their attentiveness and service!

I worked with Doug and he was very helpful. The service they provide is much needed in Detroit. His response time was great. Unfortunately some things didn't meet our time line. Hope to continue our business relationship in the future.

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience with Doug who was the most professional , personable person I have worked with in YEARS ! He helped find us two fantastic properties in hours and we were able to SEAMLESSLY see the property and apply , move in without a glitch in record time . I was looking for a long "short term rental"...3-4 months, that was dog friendly. I was referred to MCR by another apt complex and they have been a gem to work with... so far! Doug was easy to talk to and made the process super easy and streamlined. The apt is cute, it's a little smaller than I would like, but I was extremely limited on a timeline and location.
