I had lots of trouble using the site and called for help but on your end there didn’t appear to be a problem. First I’d go to the last step “pay now” and nothing happened - repeatedly. Restarting the process I got to pay and it wanted information I didn’t want to give. Then I left the cart full and went out. This morning I found the email indicating I had an item in the cart, tried again, and was able to pay and complete the order. Big, nuisance, irritating waste of time especially because my billing address is different than the mailing address. Only thing placating the situation is how much I love the coffee. Now I go to complete this and I’m asked if I want to be followed up for satisfaction. I click “”no” and try to end this infernal process and it won’t let me because I have to enter the info anyway to prove I’m a customer! I’m starting to get angry.
