I only purchased the cost to build report. It was within 5% of actual quotes that I have obtained for building in my area. Looking forward to proceeding with full plans and build in the near future.

Poor service After one week of not receiving my plans, email looking for my plans. Jeff said I could not have the plans I paid $1250 for because I ordered a modification which cost additional $1500 for. after another week, I change my mind because I was running out of time. I told Jeff to cancel my modifications and send it original plans. After another week I told Jeff to refund my money. The plan showed up in one hour after that.
