Delivery was a problem, because I work days, and the moving company would only give me an AM or PM window and only on the morning of delivery. So...I was in the dark as to when and how I would be able to accept my delivery. So, they called the delivery service and paid for a specific time. Thank you much.

Online ordering was very easy. The shipment arrived a little battered, but the product was unharmed. It didn't take as long to ship as I expected. I found a desk at Modern Office that I could not find anywhere else, locally or online. I would definitely order from them again.

First saw this item on the airplane in the Skymall. Got to Hawaii and tried to order it to be shipped to my home; thus having it when I returned from vacation. Was told that to ship to Montana I should expect a 2 month delay. Told them to forget it and came back and found it on the web and ordered it an it was shipped within a week.

The actual supplier of the file cabinets do not secure the casters and required hardware for assembly to any place on the cabinet. I initally thought that 1 set of casters and the hardware for both cabinets were missing. After removing all drawers, I found the other casters, and the hardware packets lodged behind one of the drawer rails. I had to pry them out with a screw driver. Not well thought out packaging at all!

An hour ago I recieved an office chair I had ordered. (1) one of the legs of its 5-point pedestale was broaken off, and (2) the back support is squeaking. The squeaking of my old chair -- which bathered my wife and me to no end -- was the very reson why we got your chair in the first place.

This site was extremely easy to order from. They had the kind of chair that I was looking for, & I was lucky that it was a closeout; excellent price. It was shipped out in less time than they said. Came in perfect condition, & was easy to assemble. I am really enjoying my new-comfortable chair.

I had no problems with the delivery, but the box was a little damaged since the product was a little awkward. I would have expected some instructions for the assembly, but didn't so any.

I chose OK for the simple reason that I have not received my furniture yet from Modern Office. To evaluate them with no product is difficult. It should be stated that they informed me of the delivery time frame. However my emails and contact with Modern Office have been pleasant. They were very quick to respond with to my questions and concerns.
