Really don't like that you have to look for the small print to find out whether the big, large % off offer really applies to your order...of course it didn't apply to mine. Can't properly rate as to whether I would buy from you again since I don't have the product. Once I have what I ordered, then the survey should be done.

I ordered some leather stools that they had in line. So they advertise that they are for sale. Maybe a delay bcs not in stock. Again they had these on the website for sale. I paid and got an email that the order was done with the total price for 5 chairs. Then I did not hear anything for a few days. Then I contacted them wondering when I would get my chairs and they then after I reached out told me that these are no longer available. I had sold my old set on market place and now I had no chairs. I asked for a similar product in leather for the same price and they only said they could give me a 15 to 20 percent off. That would not get me to the price I paid for the 5 chairs. So no they did not give me the product or service and in reality they should be liable for the chairs as it was a contract on line.. anyway I don't have the chairs and will just have to find a firm that has whet they note on the website.. that is how I feel about this whole transaction.. post purchase trauma.

As our customer care team explained, although you placed an order for a quantity of 5 stools, the clearance item you purchased from our "Clearance & Open Box" category was only available in a quantity of 1, as indicated on the product page at the time of the order.
You were able to place an order for 5 stools because our website allows customers to pre-order items that are temporarily out of stock to guarantee availability. Since the website indicated "only 1 left in stock" with no date of arrival on the additional 4 stools you ordered, the pre-order for 4 discontinued stools cannot be fulfilled. The manufacturer is no longer producing them, no stock is available, and we will not be receiving anymore.
We did try to help by offering you a significant discount on any other stool in our collection, however, we are not able to match the deeply-discounted "clearance" pricing of the stool you wanted. It is deeply discounted because only 1 is left. Note that we never process any payments until orders are processed and ready to ship so the pre-authorization taken at the time of the order simply expired and no payment was ever processed.
We understand that the stools you wanted were a great deal on clearance and we regret that we did not have more than 1 in stock to fulfill your order. If there is anything we can do to help, please do not hesitate to contact us. It will be our pleasure.
