I originally used it to help with calf pain after knee replacement in mid 2020. I travel a lot for my job and experience back pain due to long car journeys and sitting. I always have mobilisation magic tool in my travel kit and nearly always use it. Like a personal physio. Doesn't replace a physio but sure helps in between visits

It's a great product, which I'm using 2-3 times a week. As I travel a great deal, the device being light and collapsible makes it easy for me to continue with my exercising.

I had nothing but great service from Peter, the inventor of this deceptively simple but amazing tool. I have used foam roller, lacrosse ball and massage gun but this is the only tool I found that can go deep into the glutes area and the area between the shoulder blades, giving me relief. The clever modification to the top of the tool, made this even more stable for use. Being compact and portable, I carry MMT with me almost everywhere. I just love this tool.

The Mobilization Magic is a wonderful device that has helped me immensely to assist tight muscles. There are real benefits to using the tool.

I I have been using this product for about one year now, and I find that it is very beneficial.
I get very tight calves, hamstrings, back and shoulders due to ankles that roll in (pronation).
I have bought many different stretching gadgets over the years, including foam roller, Pilates ring, spiky massage ball, etc. In my memory I can count 18 different devices that I have bought over the years. But the Mobilization Magic tool is far superior to anything else I have tried.
It costs less than one massage session, is very small, takes up no room, can be used without doing a course or seeing a therapist. You can start using it as soon as you open the package.

I would like to see it pointy or an oval shape like an elbow, that would really give it a deep tissue experience.

I have had pain in my right shoulder for many years, by using Mobilization Magic tool I am now able to enjoy my golf again and pain free.

Works well, sometimes it comes apart too easy when getting into different positions or when you have it in a particular position the two pieces come apart but overall I'm happy with the device.

Great tool for helping you rid yourself of aches & pains, this is acheived by allowing you to distribute alot of pressure with less effort on troublesome muscular trigger points.
Once you get he hang of it and can handle the amount of pressure the magic tool can apply to tight muscles, you won't know how you did without this particular item.

As a weightlifter, golfer and martial artist I am well acquainted with the various modalities one may employ to help alleviate soft tissue injuries, muscle knots and the discomfort of tight ITB's.

Foam rollers, sticks, lacrosse balls - you name it, I've tried it.

This. Is. The. Best. Thing. You. Will. Ever. Use. Period.

Honestly, it hurts at first so you must exercise some caution and start slowly as per the guidelines.
But if you stick with it you will be amazed at the results; more importantly, the results are sustainable and the more diligently you apply yourself to its use, the more long lasting the results.

It's genuinely that good.

A brilliant device for relieving muscle tightness and knotting, especially in hard to reach areas like rhomboids. It's extremely versatile and I highly recommend it.

I can only comment on my personal experience with Mobilizationmagic ,magic is the right word I have spent countless hours of my life and lost financial and personal productivity in pain waiting to get appointments(expensive ones) with chiros and physios to get functional and going again. This piece of simple but extremely well thought out piece of equipment has added another dimension to my life and lifestyle.
