I received damaged parts and wrote customer service twice with no response. Unfortunately I am in desperate need for the crutches and I had to purchase another pair from another supplier waiting for customer service to respond. Honestly they have a great product and can be so useful to many people more than normal crutches and I will definitely give them 5 stars on everything if they give positive response.

My daughter has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy she hasn’t been able to walk in three months due to musculoskeletal pain and fatigue she was using a wheelchair but thanks to her new pair of M+D Crutches she is now walking The design of the crutches is so great she hasn’t complained about any arm, shoulder, and wrist, like she would complain with a walker. This product is well worth the purchase My daughter is now walking thanks to god send product.

I had a great experience with mobilitydesign.com it was easy to make my purchase the website keep me informed at each step of my product being shipped out My only problem with the website was the fact that the website was out of stock of it inventory for a while I was trying to buy the Mobility + Design Crutches and Combo Stix I only had luck with crutches whe. They were restocked.

Took a while to get used to these as they are a bit big and clunky. However, they really take the pressure off your legs and wrists. Worth it for people who have more pain or weakness in their lower limbs and still want to be able to get around w/o a wheelchair.

I have RA and I frequently need a mobility device to walk. I've been using a cane but it's super painful because of swollen and tender joints in my hands, wrists, and shoulders. These crutches are literally a life saver. I have so much more freedom because it doesn't hurt to walk. I wish I had found these years ago. Worth every penny!

Tried putting it together and one of the pop buttons got stuck inside the pole, which was kind of discouraging, I did get it to pop back out, haven't put the crutches together as of yet. I have a prosthetic leg so I hope they work for me

I ordered a pair of refurbished combo stix and had an issue with the handle for one. Currently, still awaiting my replacement but overall the stix have been helpful. Once I get both stix, I'll be able to provide a more detailed review because currently I am still loonies with mobility. This does help with my posture as well because I'm not afraid to hold myself up. The downside is on slick surfaces. If the crutch/cane is not directly below me, it's extremely easy to slip on wet surfaces and this has happened a few times already. I'm sure it's a learning curve, but really freaks a person out.
