Just fractured my foot, had to use regular painful crutches for two days. They were awkward and didn’t fit me well, also my house being pretty small didn’t help, and made it really difficult to get up from my couch. In contrast, upon receiving my M+D Crutches, they were super easy assemble without looking at the instructions! As well, once I had them put together they felt really natural to move around in and after some practice and looking up how to use them going up and down stairs and I was set!!! Every thing about them is well thought out and intuitive, the hand holds for getting up from a sitting position, to walking, to the support you get from using your forearms instead of your armpits is day and night!!! Thanks for taking the time to make a quality product!!! Will recommend them for anyone who needs them!!!

Because I have osteoarthritis in my hands, these crutches are a very nice solution during my recovery after hip replacement. The smart options, I just find it difficult to put the crutches away easily! The anti slip strip is not enough to put the crutches in a stable place, thy sometimes fall over! It’s a pity! Maybe even more anti-slip or are their any other tips for this?Then I would like to hear that! Otherwise very satisfied!!

I received damaged parts and wrote customer service twice with no response. Unfortunately I am in desperate need for the crutches and I had to purchase another pair from another supplier waiting for customer service to respond. Honestly they have a great product and can be so useful to many people more than normal crutches and I will definitely give them 5 stars on everything if they give positive response.

My daughter has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy she hasn’t been able to walk in three months due to musculoskeletal pain and fatigue she was using a wheelchair but thanks to her new pair of M+D Crutches she is now walking The design of the crutches is so great she hasn’t complained about any arm, shoulder, and wrist, like she would complain with a walker. This product is well worth the purchase My daughter is now walking thanks to god send product.

I had a great experience with mobilitydesign.com it was easy to make my purchase the website keep me informed at each step of my product being shipped out My only problem with the website was the fact that the website was out of stock of it inventory for a while I was trying to buy the Mobility + Design Crutches and Combo Stix I only had luck with crutches whe. They were restocked.

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and struggle with my mobility when it comes to longer distances. This product has given me my life back. I have been unable to go hiking (or many other long-distance activities) for years, and these not only gave me the added stability to be able to go hiking, but they're lightweight and comfortable to use! Pros: - lightweight - very adjustable - sturdy Cons: - may bruise your forearms where the arm straps sit (this may be EDS specific) - the refurbished pair I received was super dusty (but it was easy to clean them!)

My physical therapist was unfamiliar with these but has been very impressed with how they help me safely maneuver over rough ground and in my barn. She said I should make a video to send you!

i called with a question which was quickly and thoughtfully answered. I received my M+D crutches within a few days and with the help of my daughter in law easily assembled them. I practiced as is recommended and also had a session getting accustomed to them with my physical therapist. I am VERY excited that I can use them to walk over very rough ground.

I've been using these crutches for2 years. I have severe RA throughout my body. I can't use regular crutches because of the arthritis in my wrists and hand. Had back surgery last year and they were a Godsend to help me get around when not in a wheelchair and going upand down the stairs in my home. I am mobile enough now to do at least a little walking for short distances around my house and on occasion out with my husband. The only problem I have is when trying to use the armrest release, the crutches don't stay on my arms and still a bit awkward.

The new armbands made my crutches so much better again. I can’t imagine living without my M&D’s . I’ve been on my crutches for 6 months after surgery and they save my arms and wrists so much!

Took a while to get used to these as they are a bit big and clunky. However, they really take the pressure off your legs and wrists. Worth it for people who have more pain or weakness in their lower limbs and still want to be able to get around w/o a wheelchair.
