I have not had it installed yet. The tile arrived quickly and securely with no damage noted.

Requested samples were sent promptly. I didn't get a chance to use the $25 coupon sent with the samples because of the short amount of time before the coupon expired. It would be nice if the coupon had been good for at least 6 months. Once I did order the tile it arrived quickly w/o any noted damage. I haven't had the tile installed yet but am pleased with the way it looks, which I knew I would be from the sample I had received.
