My experience so far has been great my Representive was extremely knowledgeable. She helped a great deal with the size building that would work best ,she helped me in every area color, customizing, everything I didn't even know how to get started she was so patient walked me through the whole process anyway they are great I recommend this company thanks guys

I have had a few questions that needed answers. I tried to contact my sales rep since I really didn't know who else to contact. Got ring no answer on their direct number so I called the main number and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. But I asked that she have my sars rep call me back to confirm the answer. I'm still waiting for a call back. I have sent an email to my rep and still no reply about the second question. Before the sale they were very prompt with answering my questions and concerns. But after the sale they disappear.
