Sito ben strutturato con ampia scelta di prodotti con ottimi prezzi e semplice da utilizzare per fare acquisti, il pacco ordinato giovedì è arrivato il lunedì seguente in perfetto orario(Fedex è un eccellente corriere), purtroppo c'è stato un piccolo errore di spedizione ,gli elettrodi arrivati non erano quelli che avevo ordinato, ho contattato il servizio clienti via chat, il signor John Weber mi ha risposto prontamente e nel giro di 24 ore mi hanno spedito gli elettrodi corretti ,scusandosi per il disguido e pregandomi di conservare quelli già in mio possesso ,il pacco spedito giovedì è arrivato il lunedì seguente in perfetto orario con gli elettrodi giusti più un buono sconto del 15% sul prossimo ordine, tutto completamente a carico della MTS, stiamo parlando di quasi 200 dollari tra spedizioni ,tasse e valore della merce. La MTS è una azienda affidabile e seria ,grazie a tutti.
