Entered an inquiry on the site. Someone quickly contacted me to schedule a service call...that part was great. However, that “service call” was simply the tech showing up at my house, taking two pictures of my water heater, and putting together a quote for $2,000 repairs or for $3,600 replacement. Not once did he even touch the hot water heater, let alone diagnose anything for the repairs. I essentially paid $72 for someone to put together quotes. Manager already contacted me and confirmed that the $70 fee is to have someone pull up in my driveway and even admitted that the “service” could be handled over the phone. Can’t charge $70 for a phone call though, can you?
