My services has been completed. Through service technician, Kevin B, I purchased a new boiler system for my home in Camp Springs, MD 20748. First, Kevin and then the installation technicians arrived on time. The installation proceeded in an a professionally and orderly and was completed within the estimated time frame.
My WSSC instection was scheduled and the inspector OKed Michel & Son's work.
At this point, the new boiler unit seems to be working properly.

I worked at Servpro Restration for right at 4 months and have done a quite bit f jobs with them doing tearouts and removal of wet or damaged insulatrion, cellings ect.

Heating system check-up, tech said all is great; asked about a part that shows signs of rusty leak and he said it was normal and fine. 3 weeks later turned on heat and one of two zones not working, techs came out said part above and several others need replacing. 11 days later still waiting for a written/email breakdown of repairs needed and estimate/costs.

How can I rate you? I logged onto the site, left my information, and the box popped up for me to rate you. I have no idea at this point, I haven't even talked to you. You should move this box somewhere else.
A service rep arrived and installed my garbage disposal in no time. He was great! He even went in the crawl space under the house to check the water pressure for me. All in all a great experience.
