It was larger than I expected. Also, it is hard to squeeze it rapidly to cause a powerful "squirt". I wouldn't buy it again.

I honestly love these!!! The one I got from the hospital was the only one that would work. The ones that come on baby kits are a joke and the nose Frita doesn't always work the best. Will be buying more of these when needed.
