I already sent a comment. Honestly, it was a nightmare !
But here again : After placing ( a $800 ) ticket order, I received a mail telling me that I was supposed to watch a mail coming from another place ( Seat geek, Ticket blabla, aso .. ) to be able to access my tickets.
So I had to call to understand and find out that you were only a middle man and did not know where the confirmation would come from. Moreover I had to wait 2 more weeks to get the confirmation mail.
After having to check all mails coming from any kind of ticket vendor ( totally time consuming ) I received a mail from Seatgeek.
I was told that the ticket was still not accessible. I had to create a profile and to download the app ( Really ???? ) to get access to my ticket.
So my mother ( having no smart phone ) could not access it as I was not supposed to print it ( Really ??)
And after calling Megaseats and expressing my frustration in this lengthy and customer unfriendly process, I understood that I had no choice. So I had to download the Seatgeek app. But what about my mother ?
It took me 3 calls and some shouting to get somebody from Seatgeek to send me the tickets by mail link : WHY NOT FROM THE BEGINNING ?
If the idea is to have the tickets on your phone, JUST SEND A LINK so that we can open them IN A CLICK.
I have canceled my seatgeek app since and will not EVER order with Megaseats again.
Only stress, time consuming and clearly not aimed to facilitate the customer journey.
Tickets should be available by link to be opened with a click. That's it !
