Went well, you all have a huge selection which is great and good prices. The scrubs I got are quality made which I value most. As far as the website experience goes... this survey came so late after I used it don't fully recall my experience but I did have a little trouble navigating between the cart and the product list after adding to cart. Typical for online websites. I always appreciate a 'keep shopping' button that brings you back to where you were before you hit add to cart.

Product met expectations. I was concerned about delivery because I never received a shipping notice and had paid additional shipping to receive in 3 days. I emailed customer service and received a prompt response updating me on the status of my order. The order was delivered that day.

Site is simple, clean, and clear, and easy to navigate. No issues searching for what I was looking for. Update: Recieved my items. My only issue is shipping. I placed my order on Nov. 8. I received an email my items were "on there way" on Nov. 14 with a USPS tracking number. Well, turns out it wasn't shipped yet. It didn't show up and ship with USPS tracking until Nov. 18, that's when it was given to the postal service for delivery. Medicalscrubscollection, you need to work on shipping and communication about when you Actually ship something. It was a week before 2 tops, 2 pants, and a jacket shipped. The postal service delivery time was great. Tracking indicated delivery on time by Nov. 21 from when they received it and it arrived on Nov. 20, only two days to arrive.
