I was quite impressed that your personnel worked with me to exchange a wrong size order (customer error) that had not been opened or used. I appreciate that you have very strict requirements for what can be returned. We were able to get refunded all except the shipping to us and back to you, which was better than having to keep the item. I was then able to order the correct size and it came very quickly! While we were in Singapore I was coming out of the bathroom after a shower , I turn right ,as across the threshold something went terribly wrong in the chair going through the door, I slided my stump, for have no left foot, across the carpet the next morning aboard the ship my stomp was bleeding in bed, the ship's doctor requested that we go home immediately so he flew home back to the United States immediately what the ship's doctor ded, I was in great shape time I got home but a cost me a great cruse with friends we all were looking forward to a great vacation, we had friends traveling together they had to go on alone. I'm stuck with it and I can't get rid of it, we continue with it the 2nd time was recently I leaned over to pick up a suitcase I felt myself believing the chair was about to Throw me to the floor, so I pushed myself backwards as hard as I can with my only 1 foot and I tore the bottom of my big toe tore the skin off, fortunately it wasn't to the point of being infected, I tell everybody I meet I regret buying his chair don't buy one badly engineered I've had it now I don't know 2 years may be

Our helmet also has the visor. It’s been Great for my son to keep his head and face protected. It is a bit heavy but he’ll grow into it :)

I have had this chair for approximately 3 years. It has everything that I need except for a drinking cup and more importantly headlights. Are there any add ones available ?

This is the best product that I have use. works great until staff people who don't care gets hold to it. all of the blue foam came off of it the arm rest keep being pulled out. but it was great before staff

I am a special needs CPS technician at a hospital for kids with special needs, and I deal with a lot of kids with hip/spica casts. The 39 lb weight limit on this seat makes it only useful for a small portion of kids in these casts. Infants, kids under 2 years old. Why not make it go up to at least 65 lbs like the old Hippo Seat was? I am also one of two instructor in my state so if this was a useful seat, my program would order lots of them.
