This is my second inhealth el1000. Used and abused the first one (didn’t service the last drop). I also have an expensive Provox Tru Tone. The inhealth is easy to learn and use and the sound quality is good. For the price you can’t go wrong!

I tried to order this for a friend’s child. The woman said they didn’t ship to Canada first, then said she would double check which I thought was nice. When she asked where the child was, and I said in Europe she said no. Definitely not she said! When I questioned her as to why I could not receive it in Canada and bring it to my friend for their child she hung up on me! Terrible company.

I purchased these since I was looking for a supply of Hypoallergenic filters because I was running low. The CPAP shop in town wanted extremely expensive price for each filter and I could not bring my self to pay their prices. Other online sources that have CPAP in their website name was not too much cheaper and on message boards, others were talking about this brand was just as good but cheaper. I took the chance and ordered these and very happy with my choice. I WILL BUY again when running low by the end of the year. To save on shipping, my suggestion is buy enough to sustain you for 6 months (12).

Caution - 03/27/2022

The chair is very light and works well but THE CHAIR TIPS EASILY IF YOU LEAN FORWARD. The chair flipped over on my wife this morning., I do appreciate the expediency with shipping the chair and the chair does well for shower and over the toilet but the high center of gravity is a bit disconcerting. 3/27/2022

We have had this bed for many years for our daughter with autism who is an avid eloper and stimmer (head-banging, arm-banging, rocking, somersaulting etc.) This bed has been our life-line to keep her safe at night. Our only issues are that she easily unzips it from inside by sticking her finger near the zipper pull and easing it down. The mattress is really thin and flimsy and she is always getting it bunched in a ball at the end, sleeping underneath it, etc., which poses a huge safety hazard. The mesh, while very durable, has a tad too much give that we've actually called Search & Rescue once to help locate her: Turns out she was sound asleep in her bed in the mesh on the end that had sagged down where she wasn't visible, like being suspended from a mesh sling. All that said, the mesh itself is amazing and extremely durable: It takes an enormous beating daily (she somersaults and vaults into it, kicks into it, and slams into it for hours each night). She also obsesses with breaking zippers and has not been able to do that with this bed. If this bed had a thicker, sturdier mattress and a kid-proof zipper, it would be completely perfect. I plan on contacting the company to see about a replacement mattress that is safer.

Ordered this chair on January 5. Still no tracking number because it hasn't been shipped. Been told "will ship this week" Still waiting. I do recommend this company. Definitely getting the runaround from them.

I bought this product for my brother who has arthritis, he does say it is good quality material. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. Called customer service and could not return because of the $25 and under you cannot exchange the product. Very disappointed. The customer service representative was very helpful and said she would into it for me. So I am stuck with a product I cannot exchange.

Order the product back in December & end of January still never received my product. Customer service always said waiting for manufacture to send them the order. Then tell you there on back order no era at this point. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I really like the humidifiers but I can’t find new cartridges that fit them. The ones they say will are totally different measurements and are shaped differently. Any suggestions? Ant buy 2 new ones now. Only had these two seasons!

This product is BY FAR the best for sacral decubitus ulcers. Other products have not been as effective. This product is well-made and well-designed.
