The description doesn't mention that the bottom of the cushion is vinyl. It off-gasses and makes my nose hurt. I prefer brands that have a polyester cover on both sides, but nobody is making the 16 x 16 inch size any more, which is what I need for my wheelchair.

Used for just a few days. Stitching was already coming apart on inside of seat. Seat collapses in the front when you sit on it leaving you higher in the back and sliding off in the front. Horrible.

The bag is too brittle, both entrance tube and exit tube don’t flow freely. If the exit tube is left open for air to escape, the fluids come out

DONT BUY MILLENNIAL MEDICAL CRUTCHES THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE!!! You state for the millennial medical crutches “Back in the old days, people use to make things really strong and tough, apparently. Nowadays we always hear or say “They don’t make….. like that anymore”. When you set your eyes on these Millennial Medical Crutches” This can’t be farther from the truth. They used to be the best crutches I bought some 15 yrs ago and can compare the old to the newer materials. These DONT hold 500lbs and hey bent and break very easily now. If you put your weight on them like just standing around. The top recurved part now bends and then the tops won’t match up and be different heights due to the bend. I can jump hop without my leg on the ground and the old one hold firm. I can walk after then people with two legs. New ones bend back and forth while just moving forward now. Millennial Medical made them way cheaper and I seriously wouldn’t feel safe going down stairs. But I have tons of people comments from Amazon that show I’m not the only one. Plus I have emails from Millennial Medicaland they said multiple times it I put them out to far they will bend and break. What I put my old ones out far and jump over them to propel myself forward or even kinda fall to a side and I throw my crutch out to keep me from falling and never had issue the the old style from 15 yrs ago. So the company make these worse for some reason prob just to make more money for us that need them. Where can I email proof these suck now and that Millennial Medical says they will bend/break?

I really like this brand it is slightly smaller and less noticeable. The fooding extentions secure well and the material cleans up nicely.

We haven’t even had it 30 days, and where the strap for the seat belt buckles has totally broken in all 3 sizing slots. It was made of a soft plastic that just tore apart when my daughter moved! Other strollers that we have had, like all Convaid brands, has this part made of a hard plastic. I am now requesting a full refund! My daughter is only 85lbs and this has nothing to do with her stature, just very poor quality. She is no longer safe in this product. When I first got the stroller, it pulled hard to the right, the manufacturer told us to turn it upside down and try a few things. Now, I know what the cheap price!

They last less than 2 hours before the velcro patches are no longer attached th the device. Huge waste of time and money!

I bought the first one from my sons wheelchair back in 2018 coming out it’s 2023 and the buckle cover has lasted about five years. This way he was able to keep his seatbelt on while being transported daily, and did not escape. The school often used a ballpoint pen to release it, I was able to use my truck key.

Would not buy again. Mattress failed in less than a year. Urine soaked into the mattress. Ruined. We bought this mattress for our 10-yr old daughter. She weighs under 100 lbs, and didn’t jump on or roughhouse on the mattress – in other words she didn’t misuse the mattress. Nevertheless, the waterproof cover cracked in an area about three or four square feet, and leaked. By the time we realized the cover failed (we couldn’t figure out why the smell of urine lingered in her room when the mattress was supposed to be urine-proof), so much urine soaked into the mattress that we have no choice but to trash the mattress. Over $500 for this mattress wasted.

Love this ride as it has given me mobility. But it has been nothing but issues. In the almost two years since I have had this ride the batteries have gone out twice and now that the warranty just went out in the second set I have a third set I will have to get. I have had the throttle replaced twice and brand new tires (not covered) had issues after 3 mo of use and had to pay 500 to replace them all!! Thank god I got the service plan from spin life. The distance they say you should get is not accurate. I would get maybe on a flat surface 2miles. I’m under the weight Req and I don’t have hills or significant inclines. For all that had heard about the company and how I tried to them when Spinlife was being less than stellar. They were really rude. I’m sorry I am on a limited income. Paying a lot of money total at purchase til today it kind of kills the experience. I walk the dog twice a day and have lessened the walk bc of the batteries. If you have the cash and can stand the frustration have at it. This all just breaks my heart
