We called Mazer Appliances to check stock on an item. Helpdesk representative knowledgeable and professional. Website purchase quick and effortless. After the order was placed we received a call from shipping department to let us know the product had been processed, when the item would be shipped, and when to expect to receive the shipment. High marks for great service!
