The plates arrived in a plastic sack. Four of the seven plates were smashed. The plates were ceramic and any person with a brain would know that special packaging would be required. I now have three plates and need seven. I am afraid to order again for this reason. I did receive a refund for the broken plates but would rather of had the plates which was not an option. The person I talked to was less than empathetic that I did not receive the product in good condition.
