I recently ordered a painting of my dog and received it within about 2-3 weeks. I'm not sure I could be any more pleased with the outcome of the painting or the customer service. All of my communication was through email and someone responded within 24 hours every time I had a question. The packaging was great and the painting arrived in perfect condition. I was very hesitant to purchase from an online website I've never purchased from before, but let me tell you that it was the best decision I've ever made. Coming here, the customer service is absolutely outstanding, the artists worked with me throughout the entire process making sure I was happy with the results. Asked me for my opinion on things and made sure I was completely satisfied. I ordered an oil painting as a gift and it came out to be absolutely gorgeous. I am extremely happy with the results and the company and would recommend it to anyone I know! The artwork is beautiful and is worth every penny. Will be coming back again for other paintings.

My expectations were exceeded! Our family was looking for gift to commemorate a landmark birthday for our daughter/sister. We stumbled upon Mavenart. This company was a 'gift' to us. From the first contact until we received the final product, I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of the the company and the end product.
Our daughter/sister was over-the-top excited and pleased with the portrait. We chose to have her frame it herself as an opportunity for her to add her personal touch. The rolled up picture was shipped to us in perfect condition in a protected case.
