Super Great. Dr. Alan Weidner and his son were very professional. Just as in 2013, when we purchased our 2nd massage chair, everything went smoothly. The last was the Infinity IT-8500, which we are still using. This time the new Infinity Luminary Syner-D. Its delivery was just yesterday. Assembled the little bit of components to the main chair piece today (only 3 pieces) and we now have upstairs and downstairs units.
