1) The Round Event Cocktail Table with custom printed graphic table cover is inaccurately advertised and misleading. The online product information, assembly instructions and video all reference a zipper on the graphic table cover, but we received the table cover WITHOUT a zipper which made it very difficult to put on and take off. The customer service response was that the new model does not have a zipper and that the website and instructional information were all old and out of date. 2) The carrying case that came with the table arrived with a large hole near the handles. Instead of offering to replace it, we were told that there's no warranty, it's just a free bag. 3) The website showed free shipping on orders over $399, but at payment, we were told that this item was an exclusion even though that was not identified anywhere. From start to finish, my experience was very poor. I invited several conversations to resolve these issues and each time, I received a cold email response. This was my first and last time purchasing from Lush Banners.

I worked with Teresa from day 1 of our project and she was absolutely fantastic. She worked with our sponsor to design his 2 banners to just the perfect design. I can not thank or recommend her enough. The banners arrived well ahead of schedule and were quality at an extremely reasonable rate. We ordered a replacement cloth graphic for our 8 ft backlit display and the replacement did not stay in the slits like the original did. I sent photos but haven't heard back from customer service.

I honestly have not had a opportunity to use the banner yet, it is for my team mates to use when they do open houses. I am excited having this tool. It seemed expensive but if it is built to last it will be worth it I am sure.
