Your products are excellent, but your customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You do not allow customers to talk to anyone on the phone--unheard of for a technical supplier!! And even when emails are sent to you, the responses are very weak! I challenge you: Send me a phone number of someone at your facility who can answer technical questions!!

I have yet to reach the proper run in time yet for this LP Gear VN35VL (replacement) stylus but so far I can tell the difference no doubt. My original Shure VN35HE stylus that came with the cartridge had finally come to the end of it's life. I checked the stylus with my loupe and it look very nice indeed. I believe the .0002 x .0030 inch tip measurement to be accurate. I'm sure that this stylus will prove to be as good or better than the original Shure stylus. I feel like I can honestly recommend this stylus without hesitation. Peace.

I would have liked to try the SAS replacement for my Shure V15 Type III cartridge but it was outside my budget and from other reviews this VN35VL stylus seems to get me close or slightly better than Shure's original stylus and that was a min. requirement for me..... and the value for my money was just about right.

This is my second time ordering from LP Gear and so far both times have been a positive experience. I do however wish each item on the web site came with a current stock status so I wouldn't have to waste time emailing them to check on the stock availability... I just will not order from anyone on line unless I know for an absolute fact that the item I want is in stock and ready to ship.
