It was generally easy to find and select the products I wanted, though I would often see shampoos in the recommended section at the bottom that weren't listed in the main section for that brand. I was using my phone to shop and order, so it may be something to do with the mobile formatting. I'm happy with the shipping time and the products I received, but the box split open during shipping and the poor FedEx guy had to lay all the products individually on my porch. The box was definitely a weak one and I wouldn't have tried to ship 3 gallons of shampoo in it.

This smells so good and the dogs seem to be much less itchy after using it. I love that it is teachers as well since most medicated shampoos are not.
