Bottle wasn't secured shut and appeared to be partially used. Bottle was only 2/3 of the way full.

Just opened my package 12/4/21. None of the products were secured shut. Caps were loose but didnt seem to have any spilt product in the box it arrived in however they all seemed to be missing product. Being i ordered them during black Friday and didn't pay full price im less mad about it, still annoyed but not mad.

I'm new to this brand. I thought I'd try something different. I used it on a dog I've groomed for more than a year. The coat was flyaway and dry after using. It does have good scent and was gentle around the eyes.

Great company. I will be back. I did not care for the shampoo and conditioner that I purchased for my grooming shop but I can use it on my horse so it won't be wasted.
