Marc was very responsive to my email inquiries for a matching ss bracelet for my seiko SSA343 cocktail time watch. He responded within minutes, on a weekend, with a link to the correct bracelet Of course I bought it. I wanted it and how could you not support this business with such service. Very happy that I have a ss bracelet to use when the stock leather band gets written out.
