Had the best experience in purchasing my Seiko SBDC081 through LongIslandWatch.com, the information given was very detailed and made me feel comfortable in going through with an online purchase. The customer service was exceptional, not to mention having the watch on my wrist within two days. The watch came to me in wonderful condition with all of the tags and protection still on it.

At first I was a little weary of dealing with an online watch dealer, but I decided to give it a try after reading the good reviews for Long Island Watch co. I ordered a Seiko SKX007 and initially entered to have free shipping. However, I couldn’t wait a few days and emailed Mark to see if I could have the shipping changed to two day shipping through fedex. Mark quickly emailed me back and walked me through the changes necessary with ease! As far as the watch, I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality of the watch, especially it being in the original packaging! Awesome product from a company with outstanding customer service!

This is a beautiful watch and I upgraded with a strap code Angus bracelet. Marc has been so helpful in my purchases, it’s nice to have the owner of a company help you through a purchase and answer all questions you might have along the way. Excellent customer service, no wonder so many people like to buy watches at Long Island Watches.

Nothing new to add about the 007 or Long Island Watch. Fair price and love the supportive YouTube videos. Watch arrived and does have chapter ring misaligned as well as some cross-threading of the crown. Known issues with Seiko QA on this product, not L.I.W's fault but a bummer nonetheless.

I love my Seiko watches for the looks, the quality and the value. I was very hesitant to purchase from an online reseller. I spoke to a few friends that are knowledgeable, true collectors and have relationships in the watch marketplace. They had spoken with Marc at Long Island and ended up purchasing. They all had good things to report. I don't know if Marc is a one man show, but from what I can tell this is a great example of small business America! Bravo! Five star experience from beginning to delivery to my wrist!

Great watch for the money. It came out of the box with two small dents on the left side of the case, though. That lack of quality control is the only reason for the 4/5 rating. Wasn’t a huge deal for me as I bought the watch to be used as intended (as a tool watch). Also, I figured it was a long shot but requested a particular second language for the day complication and Long Island delivered! Thanks for the excellent service.

I've ordered this watch as a gift. The watch came with all the stickers, in perfect condition, with everything aligned properly. The watch itself is a real beauty - it is perfectly clear why it is such an icon. Would definitely recommend!

Having many options as to whom I could purchase my seiko skx 007 from. I went with long island watch . First it was fairly priced secondly I enjoy watching Mark's YouTube videos. He comes off as a straightforward geuniue person who loves watches, not a salesmen who is in it for the money. That is who I like giving my business to. The shipping was fast . The packaging was secure. I love my seiko skx 007 yes it is a tool watch but it has a fun side. I put all kinds of NATO straps on it and never disappoints. Plus what can I say that no one else has it is a skx.

I already have a 10 year old Seiko I bough in Asia, with a 7S36 movement, 23 jewels. So the SKX007 was familiar in how to wind it, etc. I hope to travel with the watch, and I won't have to worry about its water resistance or toughness. I have poor eyesight, so I cannot say enough about how incredibly legible the watch is. The lume works very well in dim light, even uncharged. The watch is keeping excellent time, to boot.
