I bought a discontinued Seiko SKX007, It never arrived. The tracking of the local carrier showed that it should be at the german customs for a very long time, while the international tracking showed returned to shipper. So after 6 Werks I started to write different mails to the support, telling them about my concerns and if it is possible to investigate where the parcel is. The short answer always was: be patient and wait. Three requests 3 months passed. So I wrote the next email, if it was possible now finally to start investigating where the parcel is. Answer was just offering a refund! My answer, i would still like to get the watch. Reaction just was we started a refund. So it was a rare discontinued watch I would have prefered to get the watch at any time. There was felt no try to investigate the case or any support Fun fact, the watch is sold out at other alternative shops as well now. At least i got my money back, that is the two stars.

After dithering for a few years, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased my SKX007. What a great watch. Hardly a perfect design, but even its imperfections are cool. This was also my first purchase at Long Island Watch. The order was quick and easy, and the watch shipped right away. Support American Watch Sellers!

Six months have passed since I celebrated paying my student debt with a SARX055 from Island Watch, and the watch has been perfect so far. The finish is unrivaled at this price point - the matte titanium case is sharp but subtle, the sapphire crystal with clear coating is nearly imperceptible, and the beautifully frosted dial is every bit as special as it appears in pictures. The dimensions are ideal for wrist sizes within the 25/75 percentiles, and the thickness is right for casual and formal uses alike. For prospective buyers that are worried about the 6R15 movement, you will be relieved to know that mine performs within +/- 5 sec/day. Since this is my first watch and a celebration of accomplishment, I wanted a piece that would be special, highly versatile, and durable for a lot of wrist time - this purchase has been a success in every regard, and I could not have been happier with both the product and service at Island Watch. I will definitely give my business to Marc again.

A bit big on my 6inch wrist, but due to its short lug to lug distance, it fits. I do wish I would have bought SKX013, but surprisingly others think that the watch fits perfectly fine. My crown was slightly bent when it arrived, so I contacted customer service and Marc replied right away. My only complaint is (to this watch, not LIW), is that there's limited amount of links available to remove on each sides and due to its design, removing too much links will make the watch off centered on the wrist. But after about 3 weeks, I got used to it and now it's so comfortable, I sometimes even wear the watch when I sleep.

Excellent Dive Watch. It has become my daily watch. Bezel alignment was spot on. This watch exceeded my expectations; a remarkable value. I wanted to add to my collection before they were discontinued. LWI: Quality and service are the best. They are my first choice for purchasing a watch.

I am very tough on watches. A long time ago I switched to Seiko Kinetics. They are wonderful watches. Since I go boating a lot I wanted a nice waterproof (dive style) watch in silver so it wouldn't get banged up. Love that this watch is easy to read, and has the crown protected by extra metal. Can't say enough good things about it.

I recently purchase my monster seiko watch from Long Island watch. I know the quality control issue that plague seiko, but the watched I received was perfect. Everything lined up properly theres no blemishes on the watch. It makes me feel like they screened and inspect the watch they received from the manufacturers carefully. Now if only they have an Omega
