The perfect size diver for me. Classic Seiko look and function. This movement is very accurate too, far more accurate than my Seiko turtle. Just bought my dad one too. Only negative I can think is although the band looks and feels good I do find the tag end sips out easily, I fixed this by slipping a standard O ring over the band and with it slipped over the tag end the band is rock solid. I would also say this watch is very comfortable to wear as edc with its light weight.

Stunning diver with minimal polishing and beautiful brushed case. I really like the bezel, it has some ridges made in the bezel that’s hard to see in photos, but in hand it attracts light beautifully.

Bought this for a friend as a gift. She loved it! Perfect size and dimensions especially for smaller wrists. Nice simple yet classic design. Great reliable seiko solar movement as well. It think this watch has definitely put solar quartz watches under my radar.

My SNE573 is very accurate 1/10 second per day so far still very new. I changed to a nylon NATO strap, rubber strap that came on watch didn’t excite me.

What a great little watch this thing is! I have seen other reviews about Seiko stepping up their QC and I can verify this is true, everything lines up! Bezel action is smooth and clicks, traditional Seiko. The sizing makes it easy to wear with anything. 20mm strap monster, although the factory strap is quite good. The buckle is a little simple but I actually like the metal strap keeper. The one thing I would change is the flat sapphire for a slightly curved or low top hat crystal. Maybe Long Island Watch will offer that in the future.

After unboxing and trying on the Seiko SNE573, the first thing I noticed was its comfort. The extra-grippy rotating bezel with a flat-finished insert operates smoothly, and the flexible rubber strap mounted on robust 2.5mm spring bars was a pleasant surprise. Seiko must be following the Island Watch website. They have incorporated several of Marc’s customizing options in the SNE573: sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, drilled lugs, superb lume, and a hackable movement are all found on this watch. Seiko has added the convenience of a solar quartz movement, an exceptional bezel and the smaller dimensions that make this nearly a perfect watch for me. There is one customizing option I am hoping for in the future: an Islander or Strapcode stainless bracelet for the ultimate fit.
