very pleased. great lume, clean uncluttered dial. love the lack of a logo on the dial. running -7 sec/day on average (still settling in). perfect as a casual every day watch.

Perfect size for me, and clean bold dial. Zero fluff. I wanted a flieger, I got a flieger. Anything better is starting at 2 1/2 times the price.

I wrote praise for this watch, but there is a length limit for reviews. I recommend this watch and have recommended to friends face to face. It's exactly what I wanted, a nice clean Type A, but here are a couple of very minor things that I only noticed in person: I've already ordered a strap replacement and you likely will too. It's not bad but not great. The case sides are large, straight, and flat. This is fine, but because of their shape and size they draw attention to the brushing. The tops of the lugs are rounded, so you don't notice the brushing, but on the sides it sort of looks splotchy. On more premium flieger watches I've seen the minute and second hands either go all the way out to the very edge of the dial (stowa, laco, IWC), or they are shorter and butt right up to the indices in a pleasing way (sinn). These stop at an arbitrary point in between. The "1" on the date wheel isn't centered in the date window. Every other numerals seem to line up perfectly.
