I researched 3 other sites for the USB card, not only where each more expensive, but Patrick Bailey was the only one that responded in a timely manner on questions and how we needed to do the product.

Lindsey Dougherty, the service/customer representative with whom I worked, went out of her way to be supportive and answer questions. When our District credit card would not go through (for whatever reason), she worked diligently to try different approaches to make it work, and when it wouldn't, she continued to be supportive as we created a PO for the order. She has been quick to respond to emails, has answered her phone immediately on the few occasions when I have called, and has been most personable and professional. Based upon my experience in working with Lindsey, I plan to use your company again when the need arises (and am already trying to figure out a need!), and will try to work with Lindsey, if possible.
