I think the best thing about your company is you do the mock up and send it to me before I order most of them want you to order then you can do the design why would I do that. So thanks for doing it for me

This was my first experience with both and since I'm new to the job I provided the information from another employee. That employee merely asked me to reorder more flash drives but since I'm new to the agency and came from the private sector I researched the items we needed. I found several other companies that provided similar products, so I contacted them for quotes. They all came in with similar numbers until the end when I went back and asked for a break on a bulk order of 500. That's when Brian and Logotech.com came through. Not only did Brian and logtech.com provide an additional bulk discount but also free shipping. In addition, Brian was ALWAYS quick to respond and provide everything I requested. This meant a lot because it kept our costs down further by not wasting my time. When I took ALL of this information to the Command Staff on Monday and they asked my thoughts and opinions on the quotes. I told them the service and response could not be beat by Brian & Logotech.com. They trusted my judgement and approved the purchase. Even after I notified Brian of the approval to purchase he helped me place the order and explained the different shipping options. He also was patient with my questions about the colors that were on the proofs vs what I was ordering. They were confusing!! (This is one suggestion I would make for Logotech.com - if you expect the customer to approve the colors you need to make them customer friendly so we can understand them!)
After I gave final approval, Brian told me he will send me an email with the tracking number once the items have shipped. This provided me with more assurance that I recommended the right company. I look forward to working with Brian and Logotech.com going forward and will definitely pass along to anyone else who may be looking for similar products.
