Cabinets really pop in small 10x10 kitchen space. Love the soft close doors and drawers. Easy to assemble and install.

I loved the customer service and the cabinets. However, the instructions for putting the cabinets together and the instructional videos on the Lily Ann Cabinets' YouTube channel were not the same. I searched for the videos out of frustration with the written instruction. The videos made it a lot easier to put together. I also had some quality issues where the tongue and groves on the side/back panels needed sanding to allow for them to slide together. Rough spots in the grooves would catch on the panels and cause splitting. Knowing what I know now, I would have paid the extra to have them assembled at the warehouse instead.

This cabinet is not only a GREAT price but also outstanding quality. Solid birch wood all the way around with soft close drawers and doors. It was easy to put together after reading the directions and watching an assembly video on the lilyanncabinets.com website.

I waited 6 weeks before cupboards started to come. It's been now at least 12 weeks and I'm still waiting on pieces that were defective or missing. And inserts ordered originally have not arrived yet. Very unhappy with your service. On the plus side, what has arrived and been installed is beautiful. But when your representative said it would take 2 weeks, I figured, maybe 4 weeks. This is ridiculous. And I understand this is the time of COVID. It is now 4 months since my cupboards were ordered. The last cupboard door has finally arrived (replacement for defective door). Haven't seen it yet to see the quality. Still don't have inserts ordered in the beginning. I can only hope.
