I had a unique application where I wanted a utility/pantry cabinet but only 16” deep. I liked that Lilyann would have modified it at a reasonable cost. I chose to modify it myself since the cabinet comes unassembled. This would be a 5 if the shipping cost wasn’t so costly and if the shipping company wouldn’t have broke the front face of the cabinet.

My attempt at using the 3D didn't go well. I rated a 4 instead of a 3 because I feel it may be my ineptness that made it difficult. The only issue with the website was the "pencil" drawings rather than having actual pictures.

Love these cabinets. I have them throughout my house. (A whole house remodel.). Liked that I could come back three years later and get additional cabinetry to match. Well made at a reasonable price.

I use a mac. Website doesn't seem too friendly. Lots of floating titles and overlay. Could be more robust.

The cabinets look great and were very easy to put together. We were disappointed in the shipping delays and the fact that there was no communication about some of the products we ordered being VERY delayed.

I really enjoyed working with Reia - she was very helpful and responded quickly to my many questions and concerns. My major disappointment was the shipping delays and lack of communication surrounding those. We got our cabinets 10 days after they were expected, which was the day before Christmas Eve. We then had boxes upon boxes in our living space on Christmas, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the trash can pullout and other accessories came separately and MUCH later (which was not communicated to us). I purchased some much cheaper versions of these things off Amazon and was able to get a refund on a couple of things, but was informed that I would have to pay shipping and re-stocking on the trash can pullout. I was able to return the Amazon one free of charge... but that one was the same exact item and brand for $70 less. Bummer! The cabinets themselves are beautiful and you can't beat the price!

First cabinet damaged at bottom. Returned to pick up new one and they had given it to someone else. They made it right by delivering another to our home so we didn’t have to make trip #3. New cabinet drawer was damaged and they stated they would mail a new drawer. We’re still waiting for that drawer.
