I got 6 different base and wall cabinets for a basement remodel. The Shaker Cinnamon were on clearance at an insanely good price. They all arrived in perfect condition on a pallet. Ready to Assemble is such a superior way to get your cabinets in my opinion. It takes a bit of work and time to do the assembly, but once you get the hang of it, it goes quite quickly. What would take up half a room fits on one pallet. The other huge benefit of these cabinets is the quality. You get real plywood boxes, sturdy drawers, and super high quality, heavy-duty drawer slides. It's a world of difference from the cheap particle board cabinets you get at big-box stores-the ones that are literally stapled together. These cabinets slide together like a puzzle with beautifully engineered and precise router joints, so they are glued and screwed with real metal brackets-super solid. I will be ordering from Lily Ann again for the next big project.

I loved the quality of this cabinet sample, but was looking for a finish that was lighter.

Some features on the website don't work. I've tried to watch movies of the "features" and they don't play. I tried to order a sample from the product page and it also didn't work. I finally stumbled on the "Samples" tab was able to order the sample I wanted. Requiring 1-5 star input on your 3D design service on this feedback page is nonsense, since I have only started looking at your product and haven't used it. There should be an option for "no opinion"

Very fast and efficient with reply and my overall kitchen design. Other designers averaged 2-3 months to finalize design and Darryl was finished within 2 wks as well as quoted me almost $2k less than other competitors. I received my order at my doorstep within 2 1/2 wks and very happy with my new kitchen :)

This is a good product Assembly is a little hard at times due to things not fitting quite right but mostly I go together really well and they look beautiful

My main complaint is that when I emailed questions to the person that did my 3D design, I'd only get another design and not my questions answered. When I called, I usually got good help and answers.

These are some of the best cabinets we have ever used!! They are really sturdy materials with fine finishes. Putting them together ourselves saved us so much money and it is really easy to do.

I placed the original order just after thanksgiving 2020. I am still waiting for the final cabinets to come - maybe this week...On two separate occasions the wrong pieces have been sent to me for a tall cabinet...I am hoping that the cabinets I order today come with expediency and that they are correct. Once I received the final cabinet shipment, I was happy that I had gone through this company. The cabinets themselves are far better than anything I could have received from a local retailer, and once we got over the initial problem in shipping on the first order, everything went smoothly

I haven't hung them yet, but they assembled and ready to go. Assembly directions could have been a little clearer, but it's not too difficult if you're even a little bit handy. The cabinets are great quality for the price, and look very nice. I'm excited to get them hung in my kitchen!

Second time I've ordered cabinets from Lily Ann. The product is exceptional, you're getting premium cabinets for discount cabinet price. and the self-assembly is set up to be kind of fool proof. I recommend go for it. The website could be easier to navigate, but a little patience goes a long way.
