I need to know when to expect this shipment. I am hoping they will be shipped quickly. There was not est delivery information when I checked out. If these items are not going to be received by 5/23 or 5/24 they are no good for me and I will need to cancel the order.

The site was easy to search and compare. I received the order within a few days. There was a defect in one of the lights. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. After a couple of days, I then went on their chat line and the service rep told me that they would need to check with technical support and would get back to me in 30 to 40 minutes. After 30 hours went by with no feedback, I again tried the phone and was requested to leave a message. I tried chat again, but it was not available. A couple hours later I tried again and this time the chat was available. The service rep checked with tech support and told me that the problem I was having would require a licensed technician to fix it, so they offered me a replacement, which I agreed to. They told me that they would send me info pertaining to the shipment, but I have not yet received anything. We will see if I get a shipment confirmation and hopefully a light that works!
