Impossible go change billing address which is different from shipping address. I live in Alaska and we have UPS USPS FEDX and you would think we live on the moon as you don't ship some items to Alaska. Frustrating but hopefully the products are

I purchased from this company previously and sent an email through my personal email and on the “contact us” on the webpage and never received a response to either email about my previous order. I wanted to see which globes I bought previously to make sure I bought the same ones again. My order number for some reason didn’t include the model number when I looked it up on my end. So far so good! The globe was the only thing on the market I could find to replace a broken one on an older fixture. It is not the same size and needed something added to make it fit. The hole size is 1/4" too large. If you have another globe size 18" with an opening 1/4" smaller than what I bought, let me know!
