We are sorry you didn't receive your rush shipment when expected. We did get the sign shipped out right away for you and tried to correct the wrong shipping address you entered with UPS. We also filed a claim with UPS on your behalf for the overnight shipping costs since it did take 2 days to get to you. UPS advised us the claim would take 7-10 days. We will keep you posted. I called to place the order. And the representative basically forced me to place the order myself on the internet.
Had a few issues in placing the order. Would have been simpler if the lady just took the order over the phone.
