I was pleasantly surprised with everything about this company. The pricing was better than most others I found online. Turnaround time was better than most, as well...and their customer service was phenomenal. They responded back immediately when I sent a note to make sure the double-sided banner would make it in time for our special event. In the end, they arrived a day early, was fantastic quality and everyone at our event commented on how great the double-sided banner looked. We plan to use these more often for our smaller tradeshows to help draw attention to our brand and message.

The Lightbox Shop is THE BEST! I mean this literally, and cannot say enough about their quality and service. They have beautiful and affordable options that really stand out from other displays you'll see in convention halls. Their staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes care of business. We have a 20' light wall and several 8' lightboxes and have ordered custom graphics for different shows, including shows taking place at the same time in different locations. Time and time again The Lightbox Shop has delivered! I am grateful to have such great partners and give them my highest recommendation!
