WHEN I WENT ON THE SITE A PROMO CODE APPEARED FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS "GET5%OFF" WHEN I TRIED TO APPLY IT THE CODE CAME BACK AS INVALID.

Ordered on 3-22-24, parts arrived 4-2-24. That's 11 days, website says ships same day. Parts came in a big box 14.5"x4.25"x4.25". The rod bearings were 3"x2.25"x1". A little over kill on the box! I paid $10.99 for shipping. When I called customer service (Francis) I was told that's what they use. I know from 25 yrs in tech service there's a lot of sizes of boxes.

After I ordered the part and paid for overnight shipping we did not receive the item, we had to pay the forklift mechanic a 4 hour fee for waiting for the part.
